So far, so good :-)


Good news: We're all home safe and sound.
Bad news: Was violently ill 2 days ago. Sucked at the time, but turned out to be a good thing.

On Wednesday, I woke up with a sore stomach and naturally assumed that it was hunger. After breakfast, it only felt worse and continued to feel worse on and off for hours. Had lunch, and right after, I felt so full and sore and uncomforatable that I truly felt like I was going to explode so I purged 2/3 of my lunch hoping that that would relieve it. It did, for like.. 5 minutes. The aches continued, getting more painful each time (sort of like contractions.. but there is no way that I'm pregnant haha..). Well in a way, they were contactions.. contractions of my stomach. I threw up everything in my stomach. If I took a sip of water to ease my aching throat, I'd throw that up too. It came to the point that I'd be throwing up bile. Over and over again.

Yesterday woke feeling rather healthy with only the last few hours of a fever-like temperature to go and a sore stomach (because, as my mum explained to me, it's not everyday your stomach forces everything upwards so violently...). All I ate was about 6 little cracker type biscuits, under one serving of some noodles and a ferrier roche (spelling? whatever.. the little chocolate ball with a hazelnut inside). Drank heaps of water and drank some of a special elctrolytes drink from the chemist because I was so weak, lethargic and a whiter shade of pale.
So that's easily under 1000... but I'm not really certain how much under. Whatever. Doesn't really matter, I know it's low.

Today I had a protein shale for breakfast (after having 2 full glasses of water) and a toasted breadroll with small amount os mashed potato, spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese inside. Was rather tasty, and it filled me right up as I was already full of water. That is a lot less that what I've been eating for the last month... but right now it seems like a hellova lot.. hmm...
Ahh well.

This morning, due to having a nearly empty colon, being a bit dehydrated and having just gone to the toilet.. I weighed 66.5kg (146.3lbs). That's the lowest I've weighed for months and months! So yes, now that I've eaten a bit, and already drunk 1.5 litres of water... I'm back up to 68kg or something... but I'm feeling so motivated right now :-) yay!

Anyway.. this was probably rather boring but humm...

ohhhh... Ps. Yes, the blog has under-gone a major overhawl! New layout for the new year I suppose... but in truth I was just dead-bored with the old one. Still needs some touching up, but I'm currently going through the photos from the trip to Houston. :-D

Pss. Had one cob of corn for dinner.

Yay for eating hardly anything ! =D
