Yeah.. good question. Where have I been?
Apparently, my last post was back in April, and today being the first of August.. you could say that I vanished for 4 months. WOW that's a lot...
So, basically, common sense got the better of me, starting eating propperly again. Surprise, surprise, the binge eating came back. Was terrible. Slowly controlling that again.
I've dipped in and out of mild depression lately.. or at least depressed moods. Had suicial thoughts and such.. not fun :/ But again, better judgement from being a smart ass saved me there.
About to have dinner, and will post Reality Check afterwards.
Yes.. I'm actually eating. hahahaha..
Yeah I'm exhausted.
