Having nothing to eat and then letting loose when I get home is a tragedy.
My family is bound to get suspicious sooner or later.
According to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/tools/bmr-calculator
"Your estimated BMR is: 1,501 calories/day*
*BMR based on the Mifflin - St. Jeor equations. Please remember that even the best BMR calculators provide only a best guess and should be used as a guide only."
1501 .. At least that means that *hopefully* even with these after school binges, I've been under that.
If all goes according to plan, I'll be somewhat thin before year 10 formal, be able to buy nice clothes over the Christmas break as I have a 2 week holiday with the family in Houstan, Texas ... fatty-food central.. :/
And I'll be 57kilos by the end of January 2011, the beginning of year 11 :)
ie. about 125 pounds.
I'm about 148.5 currently.
TWENTY THREE POUNDS.
-sigh-
My new approach:
Since fasting etc. just isn't going to fit into my lifestyle with these tablets and sport (semi-final on Saturday! - netball, which you apparently don't play in America... google it if you have no clue what it is ^^), then I'm going to:
- Start eating breakfast again. Once upon a time I was realy against not eating it... I've changed a bit psychologically though..
Something small, simple, nutritious but low cal. - Actually bother to do my sit-ups, push-ups, and whatever other exercises.
Actually go for runs like I used to. - Catch up on my school work, thus reducing stress, and stopping the binges.
- Have five/six snack-type meals a day. I know it sounds like a lot... (the lists don't mean all, I just can't be bother to write 'or' over and over again, to pretend that the commas are 'or's .. ironically, I've spent much longer typing this sentence than I would've by sticking to the 'or's ... tough) :
+ breakfast - slice of toast, bowl of porridge or bran, apple, grapes (when they come back into season)
+ recess - fruit, sandwich, salad, vegetables, pasta (every now and then), nuts and seeds (almonds and sunflower seeds mainly), etc
+ lunch - same sort of things as recess
+ afternoon tea - same sort of things as recess and lunch
+ dinner - small portion of whatever is being served - And most importantly:I will do my best to stick to my goals and plan.
If I stumble, trip or fall, I will dust myself off and keep going.
I will not dwell on my failings or mistakes.
I will strive to achieve the confidence in myself that I so desperatly need.
Like I said in my last post, won't weigh myself til Monday morning, giving me a chance to sort my eating habits and body out.
I really hope you're all coping with your lives and eating/fasting.
Stress is not fun.

Your plans sounds like it could be very successful! Prior to about a year ago I was VERY VERY against not eating as well. I'd barely go a couple hours without food, but I was very thin. Mind you, I ate very healthily and exercised all the time too but I'm not quite so good at that anymore... I have all this knowledge about food, I really should use it. But I don't.
But your plan sounds a lot like mine, trying to incorporate food again but still eating little enough to be thin. I like it, and I wish you luck!
Thanks dear, really hoping for the best :)
