It's those afternoons after school that kill me...

Total binge after school.
Tomorrow will be different, I'm promising myself now. I won't dare forget it.

But this afternoon... *sigh*
Was going siper well all of today up until just an hour ago.
Up until an hour ago, my intake had been 148 calories.
Include a rough estimate of dinner or 100 and that is still under 300.

I reckon I've breeched the 900 mark.
Not too happy... but trying to stay positive about it.
I need to vary my intake every few days anyway, so I'll just think of today as a 'high' day, and tomorrow will be a super low one.
ie. Not even any tea for breakfast... I'll do a water fast up until dinner. That should be good.

So as much as I'm hating myself for today... well, my afternoon habits, it'll be okay.
Surely.


On a happier note, going to go buy a DSLR camera, Canon EOS 550D either tomorrow afternoon or on Wednesday. Was going to go get one this afternoon (would've saved me from my binge, but oh well... silver-lining of every cloud.... staying positive.) but they haven't gotten their stock in just yet. Will have by tomorrow.
