I'm proud of myself, and it's a strange feeling.

Strange but oh-so good.
Today's eating has been great for me!

Yesterday was my sister's birthday and we have 8 extra people in the house to feed. I knew I had to eat normally, so I did, and enjoyed it, full-knowing that from today onwards would be better and make up for that one day.

Today's :
Breakfast - protein shake, multi vitamin, calcium tablet, flaxseed oil tablet
Lunch - leftover green beans and piece of chicken
Afternoon tea - 2 pieces of chicken and a small slice from a long bread roll
I've so far had 2litres of water and it's only 7pm.

Today was the first time I tutored a little girl in maths. She's 11, or so I think. For the whole 2 hours, there was a bowl of corn chips and a bowl of M&Ms on the table. I didn't have ANY!
And even still, I cleaned up the kitchen, threw out the remains of fancy dips etc, and still, I've stuck true to what I want to eat and nothing more.

I've been feeling really inspired after watching Super Skinny Me and Super Slim Me (the latter was my favourite). They are BBC shows that you can watch on YouTube in 6 parts or so.

Drunk 3litres of water today in total
Dinner - 3 pieces of chicken, cube of feta, handful of green peas

I've noticed randomly today that I'm a lot more secretive and anxious about whether someone will find a scrap piece of paper or a website or something related to my disordered patterns. Hmm...

Tomorrow.. was meant to hang out at a friend's place. Decided to stay home and exercise because I haven't in so long. Going to jog til I feel faint. Have a break. Then jog some more.
Bailing on Friday's plans too. I need to shift this fat.

I go back to school on Monday. Excited, but also not. Ahh well, yay or anti-socialism. Means I might actually focus on studying this year.

Well, 10pm, time for bed for sure.
