- Double PE (netball)
- Watermelon

- nil food til dinner
Thursday
- 1 weetbix + lowfat milk
- classes, including Computer Skills exam
- Watermelon
- classes
- Sesame snaps (2 in a packet, very small)
- sport (ultimate frisbee)
- nil food til dinner
Friday
- Total water fast today.
- Pretend to have breakfast
- classes
- Pretend to have recess
- classes
- Pretend to have lunch
- classes
- Pretend to have afternoon tea
- Youth social, go swimming there.
Thus being why I'm not eating... hello ?! I don't want a single food bulge on my stomach... - Tell my parents I will eat at the social.
Tell my friends I ate at home.
ZERO CALORIES!
Saturday
- Wake early-ish
- Spend an hour on the treadmill
- Do some weights for my flabby arms
- Do some sit-ups
- Pretend to eat breakfast
- Shower.
Any tips for avoiding pigging out at parties? My will power dies at them... D-:
Mmm yeah.. I'm going to print that off and sticky tape it to.. something.
So the family can't see it, but I will.

Parties are tough. It really depends on your mood by the time you get there, I think. Most of the time, I try to just eat NOTHING the whole day before the party, figuring that I should keep an empty tummy just in case. But then I'm starving and end up binging at the party. :/
Maybe have a decent meal right before you go (like all veggies?), and then bring some healthy snacks with you. Lollipops are good, 'cause it takes a while to eat them.
