Welcome home, Spring ♥

MAIN:

- 16 this month
- feeling very drained
- self-esteem is really low

Had a mufti day at school today. Was warm-ish, so I wore shorts. -sigh- I really am so fat. It disgusts me that I have done this to myself.

Jump rope/skipping/whatever you call it... it's good for the calorie burning if you have the fitness, but my, oh, my... if you whip yourself. It Hurts. Was doing some yesterday afternoon before I went out to dinner. Gave myself big whelts on my legs from not paying attention, messing up and hitting my legs with the rope. Or arms. Or back. The back hurts the most...
~> May do some later this afternoon. Though I'm going out again. This time to school to see the year 12 art on show. I'm doing art for senior school, so looking forward to seeing what kind of projects I'll be getting !

NEW ACTION PLAN:

for the moment...
- not counting calories
- maintaining a small portion size
- restricting how often I eat
- eat slowly (I'm usually a fast-eater, so hmm...)
- ensure I'm eating healthy foods

later...
- work out a calorie min/max depending what the day is, ie. Thursday when I have sport, will have higher allowances than, say, Friday, when I bludge through the day.

TODAYS EATING:

breakfast ~ small bowl of cornflakes/rolled oats/all bran with low fat milk ... and a spoon of milo to wake me up... I needed the sugar buzz.

recess ~ small orange juice popper

lunch ~ Nestle diet Strawberry yoghurt, 200mL ..I think.

afternoon tea ~ Not going to have any! =D Actually feeling a little sick in the tummy... so sitting here typing and having sips of water along the way.

dinner ~ From the sounds in the kitchen that I can hear, some form of schnitzel(Veal I think?) Mash potato(? The sister is peeling potatos.) Vegetables of some description.

The breakfast was a good choice, minus the milo... the juice was good but probably loaded with sugar. Forgot to have a look... which shows how much of a daze my day has been... it's usually the first thing I do. But I didn't. Maybe it'll be on google somewhere. ANYWAY the rest of my day, in my opinion, food-wise, has been good :)

Yay, for once !

Love x

Hope those skip-rope welts are feeling better. I do that too, skipping rope. I also tend to get it tangled on my neck and flip myself over. I love vertigo. :)
