You never cease to amaze me. I have no idea How long that last post was, but it was Longgg, and you read it! Amazement. Extra love being sent your ways !

- anna~ Yay :D Happiness is best when shared :) Frienemies confuse me... they make no sense! Ahh well. Mine is just a blob and I find this conforting. ...oh that's cruel of me, but hey, I could do with the little self esteem boost I get from it. I'm sure in no time, yours will be a blob compared to you, no matter what her weight is !!!!! :D
- Almost.Skinny The babies made me smile insanely tooooo :) And thanks, might give those a go next time I'm a bit all over the place. Just the issue is it's usuall late at night when I get a bit emotional.. ie. too dark to go walking. And yes, knowing I'm not alone is helping a lot !

- Cherry I know right!! I can't wait ti go :) My Mum is quite the cheap-skate.. we wait til things are on sale usually, so America... I'm letting loose and hoping to fully revamp my wardrobe. I really do need to !

Feeling poetic..
As I read your comments, a slight glimmer of a feeling caught my eye. This really does feel like a family.. :)
Not like my 70% of the time disfunctional one... I really do appreciate all of your kind thoughts.
Coming home from school with the prospect of hours of homework to be done doesn't seem quite so daunting with the smiles your kind heart-felt words give me.

Very happy to announce....
That today was a Great day! No pesky after-school 4pm binge!

Today's consumption:
Breakfast:   2 slices of toast with a lite olive oil spread - 226
Recess:      ONLY water :)                                        - 0
Lunch:        tub of strawberry yoghurt                         - 73
4pm:          2 slices of toast with a lite olive oil spread - 226
                 glass of lite soy milk                                  - 76


601 so far !
And all I have left is dinner :)
 
And as much as it would've been nice to be under 500 at that point, I don't mind too much as it's only 20.8grams of fat, with only 4grams of that being saturated fat (yay for good fats?! ... haha). That's much much much better than if I had binged on icecream or had full cream milk instead! Yeah you listen to me read my ramblings about food! hahaha... rawr. Rawr is dinosaurs yeah? And Some dinosaurs ate meat, and meat has protein! Of which, at this point in time, have had 33.4grams of protein. Yay for my muscles that was much appreciate it :) 62.7grams of carbohydrates which will have been used as energy by now :)

As I have a small frame, I ought to weigh somewhere in between 57 and 61. So my current goal is a quite realistic one. 10 weeks however... hmm. WAIT justttt looked at a calender... It's more like 13 weeks. So now I really have zero excuses ! Yay :)

601 / 65 = 9hours 14minutes 46.15seconds.
YAY for my calculator :)

So even if I veg for the evening, I'll be in the negatives ! Though am planning to hit up the treadmill soon for the sake of both my fitness as just incase dinner goes overboard, which is wont. It. Won't. Got that Lucy? Smalll dinner.

Though I've found that I'm chewing my food more, so eating slower meaning I feel fuller with less food !

Because last time I purged, I was disgusted by how unchewed it seemed. Shows I really just inhaled the food. Frantically. Was appauling...

Carrots, broccoli, riscols. Woo :) Healthy and quite filling !

I really should stop refering to myself in third person....

Time for treadmill. Bring on the sweat. hahha wait ewww.. oh well.
This fatass has 13 weeks to revamp herself.

Update:
Burnt 80 calories on the treadmill. I know it's not much, but I was only on there for 11mins 37secs (yay for accuracy!).

Dinner was
Riscoll       - 67
Broccoli    - 20 -ish
Carrots     - 27 -ish
Total         - 114

601+114  =715
715-80     =635
Either way is deffinately something for me to be proud of :)

very glad to see how well you are going! i so envy how tall you are, the thing i want the most besides being thin is to have the height to be thin and beautiful, just like you.

you are so lucky to have a tiny frame! my frame's been enlarged from too much swimming. so the question is, is swimming good or bad for anas? i KNOW its a great calorie burner, but it gave me HUGE arm and shoulder muscles which now i cant seem to get rid of!
